1. It's Free
You get what you pay for

2. Normally Better Software
See #1

3. Better Community
Paraphrasing DHH: "We built Rails for us, not you so Fuck Off"

4. You are supporting the initiative
It is a commie thing

5. If you don’t like it, change it!
Yes, why have one stable, standard version when you can have 10000 ?

6. Updated more frequently
Professionally designed software doesn't need frequent updates

7. Ad-free / Spyware Free
Oh my god, Microsoft stole my credit card!

8. Make it harder for money hungry companies to survive
Go back to Cuba

9. Better support on the web
Do you even know what MSDN is ?

10. It’s like sticking it to the man!
And destroying value of programming profession at the same time, bravo !

I highly recomend the free Spybot Search and Destroy for anti-malware. Also, Zone Labs has a excellent free firewall. Finally, one needs to be careful about win up-dates. I had them actually destroy my os and damage drive sectors, making it necessary to format and reload a different version. And yes, it was the %/!¿!! up-date... Also avoid the gaurenteed version checker, nothing but trouble because eventually it won't recognise an up-date and then you'll be nagged to death untill your os becomes unusable.

They just broke ground and have not started construction yet. The will not start accepting applications this early. I heard 30-60 days before they start production but I do not know. I would suspect you would apply with Franklin's and Bowling Green's unemployment offices.

Why so funny? I know of several people who wouyld like to know where to apply for jobs with Zap. The sooner the better. The more applications submitted the better. $20.00 an hour is good money! I wish I could go to work there. If they did have fluorescent lights and an office job I would LOVE to go to work for them! Where CAN people apply for jobs with ZAP?
